From Qedoc

This category lists modules for learning non-English languages and English-as-a-Second/Foreign-Language. Normally these modules assume that the learner is an English-speaker. In some cases the target learners are non-English speakers, in which case the meta-language of the module is still (normally) English. Many of these modules could be duplicated and modified for use with learners from a different linguistic environment - in particular, the open licencing encourages this kind of duplication and modification.

Qedoc is in the process of planning greater internationalisation and better support for modules submitted entirely in a non-English language. For this we need to establish a network of volunteers who are prepared to vet incoming foreign language modules for appropriate content. These volunteers is listed on the international approvals team page. You can use this page to find out if your language is currently one for which Qedoc can accept modules.

This category contains a list of available learning modules. These resources are open educational resources which use Creative Commons licences.

Play and learn

To use (play and learn from) any of these resources, you can either activate them online or download them to your computer. Either of these methods can be used without restriction. Just click through to the module of your choice and follow the instructions displayed.

Create and share

You can also create new resources and make modified versions of these resources. Hundreds of authors already contribute materials to Qedoc, and you can too. Create learning materials tailored to the needs of your class - you can do so for free, provided you share the materials here for others to use.
