This is a general knowledge quiz about the Philippine national hero Jose Rizal. The quiz is in Tagalog."José Protacio Rizal Mercado y Alonso Realonda (June 19, 1861 – December 30, 1896, Bagumbayan), was a Filipino polymath, patriot and the most prominent advocate for reform in the Philippines during the Spanish colonial era. He is regarded as the foremost Filipino patriot and is listed as one of the national heroes of the Philippines by National Heroes Committee. His execution by the Spanish in 1896, a date marked annually as Rizal Day, a Philippine national holiday, was one of the causes of the Philippine Revolution." - Tulang nagpapahayag na ang Pilipinas ay bayan ng mga pilipino. Sa tulang ito hinihiling ni Rizal na ang mga kabataan ang magbabangon sa pagkakahimlay, pahihintulutan na ang katalinuhan ay papaimbulugin ng higit sa hangin at pababain sa sining at agham upang mapatid ang tanikalang pumipigill sa matalinong makata ng Pilipinas.
- Ang liham na ito’y sinulat ni Rizal sa Tagalog noong siya’y nasa Londres, Pebrero 22, 1889, sa kahilingan ni Marcelo H. Del Pilar upang papurihan ang mga taga-Malolos dahil sa kanilang pagbubukas ng paaralang panggabi upang matutuhan ang wikang kastila, bagaman laban sa kalooban ng kura paroko.
- Ito ay kilala sa tawag na Batas Rizal na pinagtibay noong Hunyo 12, 1956. Ang batas na ito ay nagtatadhana ng pagsama sa kurikulum ng lahat ng paaralang pambayan at pansarili ng kursong nauukol sa buhay, mga ginawa at mga sinulat ni Jose Rizal.
- Salin ito ng huling sinulat ni Rizal ngunit walang pamagat.Sinulat niya ito sa Fort Santiago. Isinilid sa kusinilyang de alkohol at ibinigay sa kapatid na si Trinidad nang huling dumalaw sa kanya bago barilin si Rizal.
- Tulang sinulat ni Rizal sa kahilingan ng kanyang mga kaibigang taga Lipa, Batangas upang awitin sa pagdiriwang dahil sa pagiging lungsod ng Lipa. Inihandog niya ang tula sa masisipag na tao ng Lipa.
- Ang tulang ito ay sinulat ni Rizal ayon kay P.Sanchez noong Abril 1, 1876. Ang tulang ito ay makatas, malaman at masarap sa panlasa ng mairugin sa mga tulong pangkabuhayan.
- Taon kung kailan naipalimbag ni Rizal ang El Filibusterismo sa tulong ng kaibigang si Valentin Ventura na nagpadala sa halagang kailangan upang matapos ang pagpapalimbag.
- Pinaniniwalaan ng mga Romano at mga Griego noong ung panahong ang kinikilalang Diyos na tunay, na siyang Diyos sa isang kalangitang tinatawag nilang Olimpo.
- Ayon sa kanya, si Rizal ang lalaking nanaisin mong makasama habang ikaw ay nabubuhay pa, at kung hindi ay malaking kagihawahan ang ikaw ay mamatay.
- Ito ay isang nobelang pampulitika, na naglalarawan ng mga pangyayaring nagmumulat sa mga Pilipino upang maging kaaway ng pamahalaan at simbahan.

How to use this module
To use a Qedoc learning module, the following procedure is recommended:
- Really easy: click the click here to launch hyperlink at the top right of the page. Then just wait and click your way (if necessary) through any dialogue screens. The module will launch straight off the web.
- Fairly easy: if you wish to have the module downloaded to your desktop, then start the Qedoc Quiz Player (which you can download and install on your computer if you haven't done so yet) and run through the starting dialogues until it presents you with a list of modules to load. Switch to the online learning modules tab, and the Qedoc Quiz Player will download a list of currently published modules from the web. Choose your desired module (this one) from the list. A local copy will then be kept on your computer for future use.
- Not so easy: click the download link at the bottom of the "quick facts" box and the module's ZIP file will download to your desktop. To actually use this, however, you must move it to the /player/modplay subdirectory of whichever directory the Qedoc software is installed in (usually /programme files/qedoc).
