Additional mathematical features

• New task type for base conversions from binary to hexadecimal. This task type allows randomised drilling of base conversions between any of 15 bases. Questions may contain one or more mathematical tasks. A virtual keyboard may be used, or the real keyboard.
• The basic arithmetical operations task type now allows direct keyboard editing of tasks, as well as the mouse-driven use of a virtual keyboard.

Bug fixes

• An important bug relating to the task bar and activity bar appearing just above questions in the Qedoc Quiz Player has been fixed. This indirectly fixed a few further buggy phenomena.
